Access to this property is really quite easy.
The property is only 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) south of the intersection of Pine Street and Highway 101 (otherwise known as Algonquin Street) in the City of Timmins.

You can drive down Pine Street for 11 kilometers and turn into the gravel road entrance on the west side of Pine Street and park your vehicle and then drive your ATV or ARGO to the property for 690 meters or about 2,300 feet.

In winter you can snowmobile in the 690 meters to the property.
Or you can snowshoe or cross country ski into the property.

If you look at the aerial photos you will see that there are trails through and in the property that would be quite the playground for you to snowmobile on or ATV on throughout the year.

If you have $10,000 as a down payment the Seller will finance the remaining $18,000 in the form of an OPEN MORTGAGE.
If you want a mortgage for a 3 year term the Mortgage payment will be $562.97 per month.
If you want a mortgage for a 5 year term the Mortgage payment will be $363.85 per month.
