HOW TO GET TO THIS PROPERTY
Access to this property can be three ways.
One is to drive off Highway 17 onto the Frater Road until you get to the Frater Train siding.
One, Park your vehicle and take an ATV along the railway track for 2.7 miles (4.3 kms) to the property.
Two, Fly a float plane and land on SPECKLED TROUT LAKE and taxi to the property.
Three, take the train and get dropped off at MILEAGE 100 (at SPECKLED TROUT LAKE) where the property and lake is at.

If you take the train, then you have two options.

Option 1
If you want an exciting train journey or if you want to bring in building materials, then you go to the Algoma Central Railway depot in downtown Sault Ste. Marie and take the regular passenger train.
This is a unique train service that picks up and drops off passengers at any point along the line.
Sometimes called the ďmilk runĒ, you could stop for any number of reasons on your journey..
From people heading to their private camps/cottages/cabins, a wilderness lodge get-away , fishermen, canoeists, kayakers, ATVíers or snowmobilers, this passenger service provides an ideal way for people to access the recreational wilderness of Northern Ontario.

AS STATED THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT MILEAGE 100.

The train will stop here and drop off you and your building materials and pick you up on the return run on any day you choose.
We called the train station and the price for the passenger service is $96 return from and to Sault Ste. Marie.
There is an extra cost for building materials.

Option 2
If you just need the train ride and donít have to carry any building materials then drive north of sault Ste. Marie on Highway 17 until you get to AGAWA BAY and turn onto the FRATER ROAD and drive 4.8 miles (7.7 kms) until you get to the Frater siding.
You can catch the train here and it is about a 2.7 mile (4.3 kms) train ride to MILEAGE 100 where the property is located.
We didnít ask what the price is for this short train ride but it can be easily found out.
HST is applicable to this sale.
