A prime piece of remote TRUE CANADIAN WILDERNESS PROPERTY.
North of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Do you want a property on a clear water lake?
Do you like Speckle Trout (Brook Trout) fishing?
Life in the city can be very hectic and stressful.
There are schedules to follow, traffic to negotiate, and parking to be fought over.
Jobs in the city tend to be high pressure, and high stress.
All in all, itís a very negative environment to live in.
This is not good for you and many people are looking for something where they can go and forget about that stress.
They need a place where the air is fresh and clean and where they can bring their families to enjoy nature and create family memories that will last a lifetime.
This unique property is located on SPECKLED TROUT LAKE in Labonte Township in Northern Ontario.
Just 57.2 miles north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
We have TWO 5 ACRE LOTS with a total frontage of about 700 feet on SPECKLED TROUT LAKE.
The two lots have to be sold together but a new owner can apply to split the lots back into two separate parcels or just keep them together.
There are only eight other property owners on this lake so there is no overcrowding.
Plenty of space and lake for everyone.
The property is moderately forested with a mix of hardwood and softwood trees.
Trees like Maple trees, Yellow Birch, Poplar and Spruce trees with the odd Pine tree thrown in.
The shoreline is typical Northern Ontario shoreline with trees down to the waters edge.
SPECKLED TROUT LAKE HAS CLEAR , CLEAN waters that support a Speckled Trout (Brook Trout) fishery.
As the property is located within LABONTE TOWNSHIP it is important to know that Labonte Township is an UNORGINIZED TOWNSHIP where no building permits are required.
